I concur with this review and I'm quite fond of this record. A different sound for them, for sure. Has a mellower feel to it that some Lucero records, but I dig it.

A little slicker than I like from Lucero, but I enjoy it just fine. Was nice to spin with the warm NJ weather these past couple weeks and I'll probably hold off playing it again until that warm air comes back. Regardless, this is one of the few bands I listen to that has never, to date, released something I don't like.
